| Dear Swheat Scoop, My name’s Bobbi H. and I just had to write and tell you how MUCH we LOVE your product! I only wish I had known about you sooner! You see, my seven month old Cattle Dog pup Sage fell ill, quit eating and drinking and had a temperature. She was fine the night before, but had ‘raided’ our cat’s litter box. So I rushed her to the emergency animal clinic where I told them she had gotten into the cat’s box. Guess they didn’t suspect impaction, told me dogs raid litter boxes all the time and it doesn’t make them sick. WRONG! They kind of goofed in my opinion. They had two x-rays of her intestines, took blood, urine and a tick test and still after three days didn’t know what was wrong except for her high fever of 106. It was a long weekend and she stayed with them until my vet opened. My vet took one look at the x-rays and knew she was impacted! Totally blocked! After two more days of vet care and fluids, high lavage, etc., my dog was back on the road to recovery! It’s been two months and so far so good. I had NO idea! I had been using ‘clumping’ litter since it first came out (I have three inside cats). No more will I buy or use XXXX Cat Scoop! Bobbi H. |
